_{This is for Fête nationale française and also my entry for the contest held in I hope it's still okay though it's a little over midnight here when I'm submitting this but... That means in America for example it's still 14th of July, non? So it will be just fine! XD (This was pretty quickly drawn because I was running out of time... Took me around 3 hours, maybe even a little less when I'm usually much slower... )

The contest said we're supposed to draw the part of France's personality we like. At first I thought I'm going to draw him with Chibi!Canada but then I realized I also like to see Young!France being with Angleterre... In the end I got so many ideas I couldn't decide until it finally hit me. I'll draw France smiling! ^^ No matter what century it is or who I draw him with, it's always his smile that makes him so beautiful! So... it turned out like this. I hope you people like it!
